Reservation Policy 

• To make a reservation at the accommodation, a 25% deposit of the total amount of the stay is required, with a minimum amount of one night, which you must deposit within 2 working days to the bank account that we will indicate to you. After the 2 working days have passed without the deposit, the reservation order is canceled and the apartment is available to the next customer 

• You must indicate your name in your deposit. 

• If a double room is occupied by one person, 100% of the double room price is charged. 

• Any bank charges are your sole responsibility. 

Cancellation Policy 

• You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason. Cancellation of a reservation is for the entire reservation and not for part of it 

• If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. (possible costs are borne by the customer – guest).. 

• If the cancellation is made 21 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. 

Accommodation Conditions 

• On the day of your arrival, your apartment is available from 15:00 onwards (please inform us of your arrival time in advance). 

• On the day of your departure, you must leave the apartment before 11:00. 

• If you stay in the apartment on the day of departure after 12:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the price of the night. 

• If you stay after 18:00, you will be charged the entire night.  

• You must comply with the quiet hours. 

Pet policy 

• Dogs are allowed upon request. Other pets such as cats, birds, reptiles are prohibited. A maximum of one pet is strictly allowed per rental room. Guests with pets must bring an up-to-date pet health booklet accompanied by a licensed veterinarian. 

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up their pet’s waste within the property 

• Pets must be supervised at all times in each room of the property. 

• If a pet is left unattended and is disturbing other guests, you will receive a warning from the property. 

Additional charges 

• Children under 2 years old stay in the same room with their parents without charge for an extra bed or cot. 

• Children over 2 years old stay in the same room with their parents or adults and are charged 5.00 euros per night per person.
